How Do I Make a Return?

Returns and exchanges are no problem - we understand that sometimes the thumbsticks you chose just don't fit your tastes. We will accept your returns even if the packaging was opened or thrown away!

-Proof of purchase (can be a confirmation email, store receipt, etc.)
-Photo of the received item

What Our Warranty Covers:

Our warranty safeguards against:

  • Any manufacturing defects in our products. If you encounter a manufacturing flaw, we're here to help provide you with a new pair!
  • Damages that occur during transit will be covered. Please contact our customer care team and we would be happy to get a free replacement sent your way.


What Our Warranty Doesn't Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear: Our products are designed to endure regular use, but regular wear and tear after 30 days of use. For more information, please check out our article here:
  • Misuse or abuse: Our gaming gear may be built for even the most hardcore gaming sessions, but they're not invincible! Any damages resulting from misuse or abuse are not eligible for warranty coverage.
  • Damage to controllers or consoles: Our warranty does not extend to any damage caused to your gaming controller or console as a result of using KontrolFreek products.

If your order has been shipped but not delivered yet, please call the courier and refuse the parcel, or you may refuse the parcel at delivery, and it will return to sender back to our warehouse.
