If you live in the EU and buy from us online, you have a legal right of withdrawal. This is sometimes called the cooling‑off period.
What is the right of withdrawal?
- For most online purchases of goods or services, EU consumers have 14 days to change their mind. (We already offer a 14 day return window)
- You can cancel without giving a reason and get a refund of the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs.
- This right comes from EU law and applies across all EU Member States.
- As we continue to update our systems in line with these rules, your ability to withdraw remains fully protected by EU law.
Excluded:
- engraved products
- already opened/ used products

What if the order has already shipped?
You can still use your right of withdrawal even if the order has already been shipped:
- The seller cannot refuse a valid withdrawal just because the item is on its way or has arrived.
- You will need to return the goods, usually at your own cost (unless:
- we explicitly offer to cover return shipping, or
- you were not properly informed about return costs in advance).
- Once you’ve withdrawn and returned the goods (or provided proof that you’ve sent them back), we will:
- Refund the purchase price
- Refund the original standard shipping costs
We are allowed to wait until the goods arrive back to us before issuing the refund, but we must act promptly once they are received or once we have clear proof of return.
