What Our Warranty Covers:

- Any manufacturing defects in our products. If you encounter a manufacturing flaw, we're here to help provide you with a new pair!
- Damages that occur during transit will be covered. Please contact our customer care team and we would be happy to get a free replacement sent your way.
What Our Warranty Doesn't Cover:
- Normal wear and tear: Our products are designed to endure regular use, but regular wear and tear after 30 days of use. For more information, please check out our article here:
- Misuse or abuse: Our gaming gear may be built for even the most hardcore gaming sessions, but they're not invincible! Any damages resulting from misuse or abuse are not eligible for warranty coverage.
- Damage to controllers or consoles: Our warranty does not extend to any damage caused to your gaming controller or console as a result of using KontrolFreek products.

For limited edition, custom-ordered, or end-of-life products: the warranty process will require approval from SteelSeries and may be subject to alternate resolutions. In such cases, we may offer the closest replacement product, as determined by SteelSeries.
Products acquired from giveaways, prize winnings, contests, etc., do not carry a warranty.
Products bought from resellers as "used" or "pre-owned" are considered void of warranty.
Products purchased from resellers listed as "refurbished" or "renewed" are considered void of warranty.

Replacement Coverage:
