How to Request Account Deletion
- Visit our Contact Us page.
- Submit a support request using the email address associated with your KontrolFreek account.
- Let us know that you would like your account deleted.
- Our team may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request to help protect your account and personal information.
Once your request has been verified, we’ll process your account deletion in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our data-retention requirements.
What happens when my account is deleted?
Deleting your account may remove personal information associated with your KontrolFreek profile and prevent you from accessing features tied to that account.
Please keep in mind that we may be required to retain certain information for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate business purposes, even after an account deletion request has been completed.
