We totally get it! Sometimes you hit “Place Order” a little too fast. Here’s what you need to know if you want to cancel or change your order:
Timing Is Everything
We process orders fast to make sure you get your gear ASAP. Because of that, there’s only a short window (within 2 hours) to make changes or cancel an order after it’s placed.
To Request a Change or Cancellation:
- Contact us immediately via our support form or email.
- Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- What you want to change (item, quantity, address, shipping method, etc.)
We’ll do our best to catch the order before it ships!
If It’s Already Shipped:
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change it at that point. But don’t worry — once it arrives, you can:
- Refuse the package (write “Return to Sender” and hand it back to the carrier unopened), or
- Reach out to us to start a return process.
Please keep in mind if you reach out to us outside of our customer support hours (9am-5pm CST Monday through Friday) there is a possibility that we won't be available, and your order may ship before we have a chance to cancel it!
If your order has already shipped, then, unfortunately, we were unable to cancel the order. However, you can always contact us after delivery for a return or exchange!
If your order does not get canceled (due to the request being made outside of customer service hours), you can "refuse" the package at your local post office and the order will be returned to us. Once we receive the package then we will notify you and issue a full refund.
