We know you’re ready to level up your setup! Here is everything you need to know about your order’s journey from our warehouse to your door.
1. Check Your Inbox (Immediately After Ordering)
Once you hit "Complete Order," a confirmation email from KontrolFreek should land in your inbox right away.
Can’t find it? We get that technology can be a bit glitchy! Please check your Spam or Promotions folders just in case your filter flagged us.
2. Processing & Shipping (1–2 Business Days)
Our team works hard to get your order out the door as fast as possible. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
We ship Monday through Friday. If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we’ll have it packed and ready to ship out first thing Monday morning.
Tracking Notification: As soon as your package is scanned by the carrier, we’ll send you a second email with your unique tracking number.
3. Real-Time Tracking
Once your order is on the move, you can follow its progress door-to-door.
Self-Service Tracking: If you can’t find your email, you can look up your status instantly by entering your order number on our Tracking Page or by logging into your KontrolFreek Account.
A Quick Note on Changes: To get your gear to you as fast as possible, our system begins processing orders immediately. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or change orders once they have shipped. * Carrier Updates: For the most detailed, up-to-the-minute info, we recommend checking the carrier’s tracking link directly, as they have the most current data on your package's location.
