1. Immediately after placing your order:
You should receive an email from KontrolFreek with your order information. If you do not receive this order confirmation email, please check your spam filter, as it may have been caught there!
2. Shipping within 1-2 Business Days:
If you placed your order today, you should expect to receive tracking for your order within 1-2 business days via email from KontrolFreek.
Please note that we do not process orders for shipment on Saturdays, Sundays, or on postal holidays.
Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on Monday morning from our facility. You will receive your tracking email then.
3. Once your order shipped
You can track your order door to door via the tracking provided in your shipping confirmation email. Once orders have shipped, KontrolFreek has no ability to alter or cancel orders. We cannot provide additional tracking updates outside of the ones provided by your selected shipping service.
