If your package was marked as "Return to Sender," it means the shipping carrier was not able to complete the delivery—often because of an incorrect or incomplete address. A common example of this is the shipping address missing an apartment or unit number when the destination is a multiple-tenet building.
So what happens next?
Once the package makes its way back to our warehouse, we will automatically issue you a full refund unless you let us know that you would prefer a reship. If you want it sent to a new or corrected address, just reply with the right details and we will get it back out to you as soon we have the returned item in hand!
