KontrolFreek orders do not require a signature upon delivery. Most packages will be left at your door, mailbox, or in a secure location by the carrier, depending on their delivery practices and your intended destination.
Our carrier will never require a signature for delivery.
Requesting Signature Upon Delivery
If you’d like your package to require a signature upon delivery, you can request this directly through the carrier once your order has shipped. Please contact the carrier’s customer service and provide your tracking number - they’ll be able to apply the signature requirement to your shipment!
