Editing My Shipping Address?

When finalizing your shipping details, you may encounter one of the two most common notifications that may cause address verification issues:

  1. You may have typed in the wrong address, formatted your address incorrectly, or entered an address longer than 30 characters.
  2. Our software may not recognize the address that you have entered as accurate.

To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, we suggest a modified shipping address, as you can see in the image below!

In the event that you entered an incorrect shipping address for your order, KontrolFreek is unable to make changes once the order is placed. To change the end destination, you will need to contact the courier used for your order:
